Warranty Policy

Onur Ek Parçaları ve Plastik Boru Sanai ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (‘’Onur’’) Products are manufactured according to the European standards and they conform to CE, TSE & DIN norms. This Limited Warranty provides that , subject to the following limitations, each Onur product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Onur’s specification for the particular product, your exclusive remedy for any defective product is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product within Fifty (50) years form the date of purchase. If Onur is unable to repair or replace, as applicable , a defective product which is covered by this Limited Warranty, Onur shall, within a resonable time refund the purchase price of the product.

This Limited Warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use, Onur shall not be liable for any defects that are caused by the neglect, abuse , misuse or mistreatment by anyone or any entity other than Onur including, but not limited to, improper installation or testing, user’s flawed designs or specifications, unsatisfactory applications, use in conjunction with incompatible materials, contact with aggressive chemical agents, freezing overheating of liquids in the product and any other misuse. This Limited Warranty will be void if the product fails to function properly as a result of any force majure (earth quakes, flood, fire, etc.), or defects that are caused by any products that have been altered or modified in any way by a person or entity other than Onur. All the products must be used in accordance with the standards, regulations and the applicable standards. Onur shall have the sole and absolute authority to decide whether the product is covered under the Limited Warranty.

Onur shall have a reasonable time to settle the case after determining that a defective product exists. For warranty application the end user must present the purchase invoice. Onur specifically disclaims all other warranties, in no event shall Onur or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special , collateral, punitive, incidential or consequntial damages. No claim or süit or action shall be brought against Onur more than six months after the related cause of action has occured. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed under the law of Repubilc of Turkey, without regard to the confilct of law principles thereof. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty of shall be Adjudicated at İstanbul Merkez Mahkemeleri, Turkey.
